In the early summer of 2021, I created these original paintings and handwritten birthing affirmations for my best friend to help her positively envision and experience the birth of her first child. Since then, these affirmations and images have resonated with people across the country, and I wanted to make them available for more people to experience an empowered birth. Recite them daily as a card deck, display them, embellish them, and imbue them with your own meaning.
